HCDG offers recreational gymnastics programs for all ages, including beginners. Students will be individually challenged and progressed at their own pace. Areas of concentration will be personalized according to each child’s needs.

Our Cheer & Tumble class is a great way to learn tumbling and cheer skills without a team commitment. However, all students will receive quality training so that if they decide to move on to a team in the future they will be ready! Classes are for ages 2 and up and will be customized to your child’s skill level and abilities.

Our non-competition dance classes are for children ages 2-18. We offer ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, hip-hop, contemporary, and musical theater! All of our dance classes are taught by top-quality instructors.
